PMP certified project manager with three years of on-the-ground delivery across Asia, now based in Paris and open to opportunities globally.

I am a project manager and ERP implementation consultant who has delivered complex digital transformation programs across manufacturing, retail, and distribution operations in India, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. I manage the full project lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through configuration, UAT, training, and go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders across geographies and time zones.

Reporting was delayed, defect visibility was poor, and supply chain transparency was insufficient for international retail and audit requirements. Implementations needed to work across three countries with different languages, operational cultures, and technology maturity levels. Managed 5 parallel programs simultaneously, each at different project stages.
Approach
Discovery and Scoping: Conducted As-Is process workshops. Mapped workflows, identified pain points, defined To-Be operational states.

PMO and Planning: Developed project plans, RAID logs, risk registers, and milestone trackers for each concurrent deployment. Maintained visibility through steering committee meetings and sprint reviews.

Implementation: Owned full delivery lifecycle covering ERP and MES configuration, UAT coordination, go-live management, and post-implementation stabilisation.
